This year, we’re running two different shuttle services to get you safely to and from the Paddock:
1. Launceston CBD ↔ Paddock Shuttle
Regular shuttle buses will operate between Launceston College (Paterson St) and the Festival Drop-off/Pickup area throughout the event.
Tickets: Valid for any bus on the selected day, but make sure you purchase for the correct direction of travel.
Example: A Friday “Paddock to Launceston” ticket is valid for any bus heading from the festival to Launceston CBD that day, but not in the opposite direction.
Seating: First come, first served. If a bus is full, you’ll need to wait for the next available service.
Timetable: Refer to the timetable below for departure times.
2. Launceston Airport ↔ Paddock Shuttle
A separate shuttle will run between Launceston Airport and the Festival Drop-off/Pickup area for those flying in.
Service times: Scheduled around key flight arrivals and departures across festival days.
Tickets: Must be purchased specifically for the Airport Shuttle — CBD shuttle tickets are not valid for this service.
Seating: Also first come, first served; limited capacity per service.
Timetable: Refer to the timetable below for departure times.
The closest airport to the festival is Launceston Airport. We now operate our own festival shuttle service directly from the airport to the site on Thursday, Friday, and Monday.
If these days don’t suit, other options include catching a taxi, renting a car, or heading in to Launceston CBD, where you can then connect with our festival bus service.
