HOW IT WORKS

>>

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

Step 3: Pay the $1 Fee

Step 4: Role Allocation

Step 6: Get Your Ticket

Submit your application through our VolunteerOne system. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an email letting you know if you’ve been accepted.

Log back into VolunteerOne and fill out your onboarding information. You’ll need to:

  • Select preferences, like which friend you’d like to volunteer with

  • Provide any required details for your role

As part of the onboarding process, you’ll need to pay a $1 onboarding fee to secure your spot.

Please note that it may take 3-4 business days for the payment to appear in VolunteerOne.

Your festival ticket will be sent out the night before or on the day of the event.
