CAMPING GATE: Also called Main Gate or Front Gate, for ticket holders who will be driving into the campsite and camping.

DAY ENTRY GATE: Also called North Gate, for all other ticket holders, day only ticket holders and campers who are being dropped off.

DROP OFFS/PICKUPS & DAY PARKING: Located via the Day Entry / North Gate road

Children 12 and under are free and do not require a ticket. Teens 13 and over require a ticket.

If you are U18 and plan to attend the PITP festival with an adult that is not your parent or legal guardian, your parent or legal guardian must provide their consent.

No, names are no longer required on tickets due to the reduced risk of ticket scalping through Tixel!

There are camping tickets or non camping tickets.

Car passes are not included in either of these.

If you intend to camp and/or bring a car to the festival you must ensure you’ve purchased the relevant ticket types before the event.

If you purchase a Festival Entry/non-camping ticket, and later decide you would like to camp, you will need to contact Oztix to upgrade your ticket (pending there are still camping tickets available)

If you buy a camping & festival ticket and decide later you no longer want to camp you will need to sell your camping ticket and purchase the new appropriate ticket.

Car passes or parking passes are not included so make sure you add these on if needed.

You can upgrade your ticket (add days or camping) by contacting Oztix, pending availability.

Yes! The safest way to resell your ticket is via Tixel, which protects buyers and sellers from fraudulent sales.

**We do not recommend buying tickets anywhere outside of Tixel.

We’re setting aside a limited number of tickets for individuals to provide at a reduced rate to folks who are experiencing financial hardship. This is an application process, and while we’d love to accommodate everyone, tickets are not guaranteed.

Zip Pay (buy now, pay later, from $10 per week), Credit Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay are all available at checkout on all ticket options.

Yes, we accept companion cards. Please email Oztix to arrange your companion ticket, and present your companion card at the gate. Oztix will be able to match any companion ticket with the purchased one.
