​Terms & Conditions – Secure Your Spot Competition​

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Vibestown Productions Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), located in Tasmania, Australia.
    

2. Eligibility
   → Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   → Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
   → By entering, participants confirm they meet eligibility requirements.
    

3. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 15th September 2025 at 8am and closes on 28st October, at 10am AEST [Hobart time] (“Competition Period”).
   → Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
    

4. How To Enter 
   To enter, participants must complete the “Secure Your Spot” form, including:
   → Full name
   → Residential address
   → Valid contact details (email and/or phone number)
   → Answers to the entry questions (if applicable)
   → No purchase is necessary to enter.
    

5. Prizes
   First Prize (1 winner)
   $10,000 Down Down Under Adventure including:
   → Up to 10 days holiday for the winner and 3 companions
   → 4 x 4 Day Camping & Festival Tickets for PITP 2026
   → 4 x VIP Upgrade Tickets for PITP 2026
   → 1 x Camping Car Pass Tickets for PITP 2026
   → Return trip on the Spirit of Tasmania (4-person cabin + 1 standard vehicle)
   → Onsite Tent Package at Party in the Paddock
   → $2,000 Paddock Cash to spend at the festival

   Second Prize (5 winners)
   Each receives:
   → 2 x 4 Day Camping & Festival Tickets for PITP 2026
   → 2 x VIP Upgrade Tickets for PITP 2026
   → 1 x Car Pass Tickets for PITP 2026
   → $250 Paddock Cash
   (Approximate total prize value: $1,635.00 AUD each)
   
   Third Prize (150 winners)
   → Each receives 1 x complimentary drink voucher redeemable at Party In The Paddock 2026

   → Discounted pre-pitched tents (optional purchase, subject to availability)
   → Guaranteed ticket allocation reserved for purchase
   
   Important Condition: Ticket reservations are valid until Thursday October 30, 2025. After this period, unpurchased tickets will be released back into the general ticket pool. (This timeframe is subject to change at the discretion of the Promoter. Any changes will be communicated directly to entrants.
    

6. Conditions
   → All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   → Travel and accommodation arrangements outside of those specified are the responsibility of the winner.
   → Winners are responsible for ensuring they and their companions are eligible and able to attend the festival and travel dates.
   → The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in circumstances beyond its control.
    

7. Winner Selection & Notification
   → Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted on October 28th 2025.
   → Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw.
   → If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the prize may be re-drawn.
    

8. Privacy & Personal Information
   → By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information (including names and addresses) for the purposes of administering the competition and fulfilling prizes.
   → Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary for prize fulfilment.
   → Entrants may be contacted with marketing communications related to Party In The Paddock and Vibestown events, but may opt out at any time.
    

9. Marketing Consent
   By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and entry responses may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.
    

10. Terms
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    The Promoter is not responsible for:
    → Late, lost, or misdirected entries
    → Technical malfunctions or failures
    → Inability of winners to accept or use the prize
    
    If the competition cannot be run as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
     

11. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by entrants or winners in connection with the competition or prizes.
