FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This is an all ages event. Underage patrons and their guardians will need to arrive at the gates with a parent/guardian or a responsible adult over the age of 21, or a sibling over 18, and remain with them at all times throughout the event. Children 12 and under are free and do not require a ticket. Teens 13 and over will require a ticket.

Siblings/Step siblings will need to prove your relationship when collecting your wristband. Examples of this include matching surnames or home addresses on your ID. We understand that all families look different these days so if you are unsure please feel free to contact us.
Guardians may only be responsible for a maximum of 2 underage patrons
Any underage patrons found drinking alcohol will be asked to leave the event along with their guardian and any other minors the guardian is responsible for.
Parents and the appointed Guardian must fill out the Underage Consent Form & provide their guardianship consent in the presence of a witness prior to arriving at the event.

In order to receive a wristband, you'll need to show proof of age when you receive your wristband. We follow the same rules as licensed pubs & clubs. Click the button below, to see what is accepted:
Caravans and fitted-out vans with properly fitted gas equipment are allowed, as they meet safety regulations and are covered under your vehicle insurance. However, loose gas bottles or open setups like standalone gas BBQs are prohibited. If the gas equipment is securely fitted to your vehicle, you're all set!
Gas bottles and canisters (not including those inbuilt in vans)
Any outdoor stovetop including gas stoves, electric stoves and Trangias
Sharp implements ie; knives, tools etc
Glass (any bottles, jars and containers)
Pets (assistance dogs with the correct paperwork are permitted)
Alcohol (Strictly forbidden, if found with this it will be taken and disposed off & a potential forfeit of your ticket)
Illegal substances/drugs
Fireworks/flares of any kind
Laser pointers
Excessive sound systems will be confiscated
Personal motorised vehicles of any kind (yes that means motorised eskis!)
Generators of any kind
And any other object the hosts decide could be dangerous or disruptive to the event, this is up to their discretion.
All confiscated items (other than drugs and alcohol) can be picked up from the information tent at the end of the event. If you do not pick these up we will not hang on to them and they will be disposed of.

Food - You are permitted to bring your own food to the festival. In addition there will be a delicious range of food vendors at the event who will be catering to all sorts of dietary requirements.
Drinks - The festival is strictly no BYO, but you can bring sealed soft drink. We have multiple bars and vendors around our site serving a full range of drinks hot and cold. Free water refill stations will be available across the site, please bring along a reusable drink bottle as single use bottles will not be available for purchase.
We accept cash and card.
There will not be a cash out facility on site so please ensure you have the cash that you will need.

The site is wheelchair accessible. The paddock is mostly flat with a mixture of grass and gravel.
There will be an accessible viewing platform in the main arena
Accessible car parks (in day parking) are available close to the venue entrance
Companion cards are accepted, please show this at the gate along with a valid ticket
WARNINGS – bright and flashing lights will be utilised on stage
There are accessible showers and toilets available
The VIP deck is wheelchair accessible
